The UBRC Program, designed by the San Diego Black Chamber of Commerce, is a tailored entrepreneurial development initiative that seeks to strengthen and support Black-owned businesses in our community. Our unique curriculum focuses on key aspects of business ownership such as finance, marketing, operations, and strategy to provide our members with comprehensive knowledge and practical tools for success.

At the commencement event, each graduate will be honored with a certificate, acknowledging their commitment and hard work in the program. The event will also provide an opportunity for graduates to network, share their experiences, and celebrate their accomplishments.
